INTRODUCTION
Lady Day is a lovely and elegant 1968 Frans Maas 42 classic sloop, presented in very well-maintained condition throughout by her caring owner.
She was built under number #207 by Frans Maas BV in Breskens (NL) for a German owner who owned the boat for only a few years before selling her to her current Dutch owner.
The current owner has continuously maintained Lady Day with great love and care, only sailed locally and winter-stored inside the Frans Maas boatyard in Breskens each year for six Months.
Her hull is constructed in steel with wood deck construction and topsides, and a very good-looking teak deck.
She has benefitted from a new Volvo Penta D2-55hp engine in 2012, Webasto 5,5kw interior heating in 2017 and a hot water boiler with pressurized water taps throughout the interior.
